Timeline might be a bit more popular than Twile. We know about 2 links to it since March 2021 and only 2 links to Twile. I did find this option: https://twile.com/ - but it looks like you have to input all the data manually (rather than just upload a gedcom with all the data and have it generate for you), plus I'm not sure how many options they give you for events - it may just be basic vital data.
