Check out The Resistance. It is a fantastic social deduction game that plays well between 5-7 players. My game group has also recently been playing a lot of Veiled Fate at the 5-6 player count and it has been a blast. Welcome To is a great roll and write game that I have played with 6-7 players. 6 nimmt! Is also a fantastic game. It is really good with 6 players but I think it gets chaotic at higher counts. If you are thinking of some kind of party game, Gartic Phone is a good suggestion. The game starts with each player writing down a prompt, and then the next player has to draw that prompt. Then the player after that has to describe the drawing, without knowing the original prompt. Then the next player uses the description as a prompt, repeating the process.
