  • Pfizer plans to sell its covid vaccine at a 10,000% markup in 2023
The easiest way to get started is probably to do like costplusdrugs has done and use https://truepill.com/ since they have all the infrastructure needed as a white-label solution. No idea what they charge though, but getting the funding for a project surrounding providing cheap medicine through stuff such as crowdfunding would probably not be a hard task. The hard task consists of having to work incredibly hard to... Source: over 1 year ago
  • COVID-19 Test to Treat Locator English
Just want to make sure people are abundantly clear on this: there is NO such thing as a test to treat location. The promise of walking in with a positive test and walking out with paxlovid is 100% false. You will need a script from a separate location in order to obtain paxlovid at one of these fulfillment pharmacies. Those pharmacists CAN NOT script the paxlovid. Call the pharmacy ahead to double check they have... Source: almost 2 years ago

  • Health Insurance USA
I have recently immigrated to the US. I need health insurance until I find a job which provides with one. I visited healthcare.gov and it was bit confusing as some of the plans were showing up a minimum of 500$/month (49 year old). Could someone advise me whether there are cheaper options. • How is everyone affording to live a life right now?
From the Billions spent on social services, from rental vouchers, to HEAP energy assistance, to SNAP food ebt benefits, to free internet service thru ACP, to free govt provided cells, to healthcare.gov, to earned income credits for working . That's how many are doing it. Information is a means to power! Source: 5 months ago
  • Retiring in Florida
Go to healthcare.gov and see if you qualify for insurance. Maximum out of pocket depends on the type of plan you pick and what it covers. If you don't qualify through healthcare.gov, you will need to buy insurance on your own which could be quite expensive. Source: 5 months ago
  • wanting to commit suicide due to my chest
You can still get it done without insurance, it's just really expensive. It will be thousands of dollars cheaper to get insurance for a year or so and have the surgery covered than to try and pay for it out of pocket, so it's worth maybe getting insurance. If you're in the USA, healthcare.gov is currently in its 2024 enrollment period so you can buy insurance right now for next year. Source: 5 months ago
  • wanting to commit suicide due to my chest
IDK where you are but if you're in the USA go to healthcare.gov. If you need help applying, this link lets you set up contact with someone who can help you. Source: 5 months ago
