    I don't own a cell phone and my computer is entirely free, its BIOS replaced with libreboot running Trisquel, a 100% free-software operating system.     There's Trisquel, which is a GNU approved distro based on Ubuntu with all the non-free stuff removed. Otherwise I'd suggest something Debian or Devuan based, like MX Linux or Refracta. Source: over 1 year ago

You're seriously grasping at straws with the touch screen argument.
