  You can use a local print shop or online ones. I hear shutterfly.com is good but I haven't used it and the prices look a bit much. Also, Etsy has vintage art for sale where they print it for you. You just gotta find a shop with that print offered in it and make sure they sell it as a print and not the free digital file. You should only be paying for the print paper and ink as well as shipping on these pieces... Source: about 1 year ago

  My company instituted Bonusly and honestly its been great to have a system similar to what you are talking about. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful.
