I spent some time working on this tool called IMDB-Trakt-Syncer which syncs user watchlist, ratings and comments for Movies, TV Shows and Episodes both ways between IMDB and Trakt. The games obviously are even more popular, as is always the case, with books being a rather niche hobby. That said, on filmweb.pl Witcher 3 and it's 2 DLC's are top 3 highest rated games, with W1 and W2 taking places 23 and 21. I'm from Poland, we have filmweb.pl as our movie database and place we talk about cinema. Pretty big database but still not as big as imdb so I stay there.
