I spent some time working on this tool called IMDB-Trakt-Syncer which syncs user watchlist, ratings and comments for Movies, TV Shows and Episodes both ways between IMDB and Trakt. Fast Video Cataloger is a cheap prosumer cross-platform app that does exactly what you are looking for, but It's not exactly designed specifically for professional videography, so it probably doesn't handle raw formats for example.
