I spent some time working on this tool called IMDB-Trakt-Syncer which syncs user watchlist, ratings and comments for Movies, TV Shows and Episodes both ways between IMDB and Trakt. The huge problem might be the inability of most people on here to realize that theirs is not the only legitimate perspective but I guess you could be right.
