There are however a lot stats that can tell you if you're good amongst your peers in your current rank. If tracker.gg is anything to go off by, EMEA has 2.6 million val users, while NA has only around a million. I would recommend go to tracker.gg and don't just stare at the stats thinking u are bad and bottom %. Instead see the SWOT (strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats) I am not just spouting bullshit out of mind. It really helps. Our security team uses them. It always strikes me as bad form when we are told "don't open e-mail from people you don't know" and "don't click on links in e-mails" and then we get e-mail from "knowbe4.com" that says "You've been enrolled in security training, click here to take it". You can run a phishing test to all users for free at knowbe4.com thanks to CHO Kevin Mitnick (Chief Hacking Officer). Then you compare your baseline from others that used the same email template.
