  • Finding it impossible to get work.
What is your CV look like? If you have that many rejections It could be probably the reason why you have problems getting a job. I know your friends saying it looks ok but try to improve again. Then what kind of job you are looking for? If you have no qualifications I am afraid you should start jobs like a cleaner, shop assistant or in warehouses which some of them pay recent money. Can you ride a bicycle? It... Source: about 1 year ago
  • The prospect of having to work full time to afford the most basic of housing genuinely terrifies me.
Find jobs that are above 25k you can find these on indeed totaljobs.com will have those salary's possibly listed. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Hiring decent developers in the UK to build a startup within a startup?
I think the issue is the way you are advertising the job. Post it on monster.co.uk, totaljobs.com and reed.co.uk with some and you will get applicants. Then when start searching on these websites and using filters notice the url. for example a few changes to totaljobs website filter I get this... Source: about 3 years ago

  • Free resume maker?
I've been using https://cvmkr.com/ for a few years now, and it's pretty robust and good. The paid version, as far as I can tell, just gives you additional templates, but I've never felt the need for the upgrade. Source: about 2 years ago
  • All I did was fill out a Google Docs template
Not from the US, so don't know how you guys format them, but I've been using https://cvmkr.com/ for the last 6 years and it's great. Source: over 2 years ago
