Could be multiple things maybe data stealing maybe tryin to take rarbg spot etc only the owner really knows but the official rarbg is gone any link with the rarbg name in it that works is a copy cat/fake its always like that example kickasstorrents.to its the same deal it works but its a fake/copycat kickass. Well I use this one https://kickasstorrents.to/, it sometimes has more peers than TPB on many torrents and seems to have almost as much content as TPB, also it’s said that it was built by the original members of the KAT team, though that's not definite.
