Tor2web VS have i been pwned?

I am trying to access DuckDuckGo from the Tor to web gateway at https://tor2web.org but it seems .onion.to, .onion.city, .onion.cab, and .onion.direct are all not working. Are there working tor2web gateways, so I do not have to use the Tor browser to access onion services? Source: 9 months ago

HIBP provides a free service to check if a user's password has been compromised in a data breach. The HIBP API can be integrated into the sign-in or password update services to notify users that the password has been compromised.
