I have a Tonal machine (tonal.com), which is essentially a cable machine that hangs on the wall. Tonal install requirements are really specific and they send you all the hardware to use, which are rated for 2x4 studs that are floor to ceiling. That locking position on my tonal is 79 inches. That is the position of every overhead move I've done on tonal (250 workouts).
