  3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.   It's not AI backed, but I've found Streetmix to be very useful for that kind of task. There are options for car, bike, and transit lanes. It only gives you a cross section of the street, so you can't model intersections, but it's a great tool for showing how streets could be rearranged. Source: about 1 year ago
