  3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.   If you are a windows user, you can also use the program sequator (https://sites.google.com/site/sequatorglobal/). It will line up the images for you, and you can then do post processing in photoshop to improve whatever you need to to get the colors and images right.
