  3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor. For customisation, you can use Twig and CSS, or a predefined theme (I didn't look into these, I wanted a custom appearance).
