  3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.   If you ever do this again, have a couple layers of "D'oh!" proofing. Record locally if you can. If you can't then set up something like Open Streaming Platform.
