  3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor. • Is it GoCardless an accepted mean of payment ?

  I live in England as a guardian, and the agency collects the License Fee (aka rent) + Service charge through this "payment institution" called GoCardless. Https://gocardless.com/ I don't know which other services they provide, but basically what they require for me is to set up a pseudo Direct-Debit with them in which you give out your card details.
