Softonic is shady as fuck, why don't you download from the software's own website? https://thetinytask.com/. Source: almost 2 years ago
If you're on PC you download TinyTask, it lets you record your mouse movements, clicks, key presses etc. So basically you start recording, do the whole process of filling inventory and sharding armor, go back to your starting point and end recording. Then you can set it up to replay that on repeat. Might take a few tries to get it down right but once you do it works gr8. Source: almost 2 years ago
Well, I work with software quality and despite not having a strong foundation in automation, one fine day I decided to make a change. Some time later, I dabbled a little with Cypress and Playwright, always using javascript. - Source: dev.to / 7 months ago

I'm looking for tools, strategies, libraries, etc. That would be useful for automating arbitrary desktop applications. Ideally something free and open source. Robot Framework (https://robotframework.org/) looks promising, although the docs seem deliberately unclear about how useable the open source libraries are without the cloud SaaS being sold on top. Does anyone have experience in this area? What's your secret... - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
In the industry I've seen the framework "Robot framework" https://robotframework.org/ used a lot for test automation. Source: about 1 year ago
