I think this is a great tool. I ve used other time tracking tools like https://timemator.com/ and they struggled with keeping track of different projects. I just discovered the Timing app, which can import iPhone and iPad data to track what you spent time on, not only the application, but also the file and website, from when until when. Here it is. As a belt and braces approach you could try using something like visualping.io (others are available) to monitor the URL https://recruitment.raf.mod.uk/apply/applying-for?c=15&r=293&type=regular and check when the wording "THIS ROLE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR NEW APPLICATIONS.
