I would suggest looking into a time tracking app. This is one I've heard good things about: https://memory.ai/timely I haven't used it myself as I don't need that functionality at my job. There are other ones, including free ones, out there. What's key is to get one that logs your activity automatically, not one you have to manually input. Source: about 3 years ago

I use Hive hive.com , which is also a project management tool. I sync it with my google calendar for work-related things and with my calendar app on iPhone for home/family-related things. Guess I could use just one calendar and use tags, but this system works best for me.
