From what I can tell by other captures listed on https://timetravel.mementoweb.org/, these ads were hosted on DoubleClick, not on Neopets' image server. The original images (I have no way to tell, but I have a hunch some of these were animated) and the other language variants might now be lost media. I have paid outsourced companies to create a world time converter app with shareable scheduling link which is now found on aquity.com, calendly.com and worldtimebuddy.com and it was a waste of time to get MVP up and running it was a $2500 USD wasted investment other than the learnings that failure provided which was adequate enough for me to learn that it would be better to partner with programmers who are hungry...
