Tiller (tillerhq.com) does this for $80/year. It downloads into a spreadsheet that also provides budgeting -- but you can do whatever you want with the data. I'm happy with it for multiple accounts and credit cards. Source: about 2 years ago

Tiller. tillerhq.com connects to your accounts and fills in the line items into a gsheet or excel for you. Once there, they have templates to use or you can roll your own in spreadsheets. I use a software called Tiller. It links to Google Sheets and then feeds your bank info in. It has worked fantastic for 4+ years. The biggest perk, is that all the data is in a normal Google sheet, so I can use all the normal Google apis, formulas, etc; to move transactions around and store long term history.
