"Summit Vista: The Smart Revolution in Rentals"
In the world of vacation rentals, a new star emerged: Summit Vista. Born from the insightful minds of property owners, it filled a crucial market gap: a real-time Owner/Investor Panel for live financial tracking, a feature as elusive as a unicorn in a business suit.
Summit Vista wasn't just a management tool; it was a game-changer. It boasted a comprehensive manager panel, blending accounting, inventory, tax, and task management into a seamless symphony. But the real showstopper? Smart sensors making buildings intelligent, ensuring guest comfort and safety like a high-tech, non-judgmental butler.
Property owners now manage with ease, investors track revenues like watching live sports scores, and guests relish stays in these seemingly self-aware accommodations. Summit Vista isn't just a platform; it is a revolution, transforming buildings into savvy, sustainable havens, one smart sensor and app at a time.
And that is just the beginning.
SummitVista.io's answer:
Our own proprietary software stack and our own micro sensor technology. We host it on AWS cloud so it is secure and agile and with low latency that is highly scalable.

Large real estate owners, short term property management companies and a few hotels are our biggest customers.
Tilda is a decent platform for building websites, and it serves its purpose adequately. Its variety of pre-designed blocks makes the design process simpler, especially for beginners.
However, there's room for improvement. For instance, while it's functional, the interface isn't as intuitive as I would prefer, and the lack of flexibility in some design elements can be restrictive. For businesses needing a more bespoke website, the customization options might feel limited. Despite these minor drawbacks, Tilda still delivers a satisfactory experience for straightforward website creation needs. However, for more advanced or unique designs, one might need to explore other options.
Based on our record, Tilda seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 12 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.

I tried shopify, godaddy and wix during last few years, but the one which I found the easiest to use is tilda.cc I build my website myself, spent some time but I got good feedback from friends that it looks very professional. You can check it: elaineserenum.com. Source: 11 months ago
Well, perhaps you gonna need some sign-up & authentication stuff so each user has its own collection(s) hence you gonna need some database etc. Another question, you need to upload photos or add some external link? In case of upload you need resizing pics to save you DB space and money. In general, what you describe doesn't sound like very complex but anyway needs some design. Use site constructor. For example, Tilda. It comes with many ready made blocks (although more than half are only available in paid version) that you just add and edit contents - so not only you skip writing code, but also skip visual design. If you made this prototype, you can easily make your site there. Source: about 1 year ago
Use Tilda, I just discovered them and they are great and free, or $10 per month for small simple businesses, they are SEO optimized and you can transfer the website to any hosting you want. https://tilda.cc/. Source: over 1 year ago
