Even a google search for "athletic trainers [my town]" yields dozens of results in any sizable community, and there's lots of review and feedback components for these listings.   The window manager in this screenshot is DWM in floating mode (https://dwm.suckless.org) with a lot of patches and a compositor (to make DWM support transparency).
