ThriveSuite includes a Comments module that can do what you're looking for. You can place commenting option anywhere you want (top, bottom, middle, etc.) on both posts and pages (ie. Outside of Disqus, there really aren't any alternatives when it comes to embeddable solutions. Facebook has a comments plugin that basically gives the Facebook commenting experience for your site, but I've very rarely seen this in use. - Source: dev.to / about 3 years ago
