  This has been in circulation since a while AI images took off, and they certainly weren't convincing before they did. You know the old "try to name one thing in this image" macro? It takes a while but for me they say not to ignore the craving but understand what is triggering it: proximity to food, routine, boredom, "fog eating" (which is just mindlessly snacking when sitting on the couch or standing in the kitchen etc.) Then decide what it is you crave and why.
