Vndb.org is a great source to find out what has, hasn't, or is in the process of being translated. In this case, it looks like there has been no fan translations into English. Go to anidb.net and mess around with the advanced character search function. You'll probably get a solid list (though obviously it isn't going to be exhaustive).
