The Powder Toy probably fits this. As the name suggests, it's more of a toy than a game, and you may have already played a form of it if you're older. The workaround to disable Bing/Discover (msEdgeSidebarV2) on MacOS is to install finicky and set it as the default browser so it can launch Edge for you with customized arguments. Source: over 1 year ago
