10 days ago I saw an email dated earlier this year regarding my earn.com balance but this mail went into a spam folder unfortunately. After seeing this I immediately followed the steps and created another support ticket Case# 13895008 to which also there was no reply since 10 days. I have raised Case# 13954719 but to no avail. It was a website where companies could pay you in bitcoin for your opinion, now it is known as Coinbase Earn where you earn crypto for learning about them. I guess some internal deadline expired where you could claim your earn.com balance and now it just did it automatically, where previously it happened when you started using Coinbase Earn.
