Wes Bos is such a great resource on the topic and I encourage you to check out his podcast Syntax and his tutorials page as well. Svelte also has a Discord with a great community. I recommend watching tons of tutorials (youtube, wes bos, level up tuts, frontend masters) to build sample apps, then once you've built the sample, you rebuild another app on your own with similar functionality but actually serves some kind of personal purpose.
