There’s at least half a dozen decent websites that provide music for projects. Musicbed is one that works with artists directly and while it’s pricey, the artists are reasonably well compensated. I would ask your videographer to chose the music since they are the one editing and know what the vibe of the video is. Unless you're editing it yourself? PHP, thanks to Laravel and Symfony is thriving nowadays, especially within startup communities and not only.
