Like the other commenter, I started with low-stakes online group stuff. The Mighty has a few regular offerings that are good, and it’s nice because everyone in them is dealing with some kind of mental and/or physical health challenge, so it feels very accepting and validating. Hi there, good job losing the weight you have. I recommend myfitnesspal.com. You will need your accurate height also. But you can play around with the figures to see how much of a deficit you need/what your calorie goal should be etc. Ive used it for years, there is also a massive community and food database :).
