The Character Creator has a license wherein if you use it for non-commercial products (ie - a free game) you can do whatever more or less, and if you are using them for a commercial product a license to do so starts at $5. Emojis in Chrome (and other browsers too actually) used to display the true classic Segoe UI Emoji font (ex: if I go to getemoji.com, these used to display the same emojis as Word; copy paste from that site to Word looked the same), but just a couple months ago something changed.
