  For a conversion to an e-book, it is possible to take a trip through (La)TeX and TeX4ht, or use Pandoc, which is pretty good at converting from Markdown to HTML (better than between, say, HTML and LaTeX).   Anaplan (anaplan.com) is an option as you'll need to setup an integration via tray.io. They are not add-ons but separate applications that will take your Xero data and replicate a copy of the data into Anaplan.
