I would advise to try TextIt.com to build a very initial flow and try it. Simple solution with intuitive interface that is more customized for SMS integrations. They also have an option to connect it to a particular Android phone rather than go through a programmable SMS provider like Twilio. Same issue. I have uninstalled (Revo) and installed 5 times and still can't get Pushbullet to work. Now it seems I have to got to pushbullet.com to read and send SMS, instead of doing it local on my PC with Windows 10. Seems to have happened in last 2 days.
