I always wanted to have an easy connection overview and file access to all of my homelab servers, including things like docker containers and WSL instances that run on them. I have also always been a fan of GUI remote file managers like WinSCP, Termius, Muon (I just prefer them to the CLI workflows) but sadly they only work if you can connect via SSH or FTP based protocols. To connect to the VPS I just purchased, the simplest way is to use the ssh command in the command line. However, using this method, we will have to type this command and enter the password every time. A better method would be to use SSH clients such as PuTTY which is free.
