   Always backup your Office 365 data

   Microsoft Office 365 is an amazing software that helps companies establish their business, so a backup is a must since Microsoft is not offering the proper backup.

• Why is my template selection so limited? I'm on Office for Mac, unsure why I don't have any of the nicer powerpoint templates/slides

  Those are the templates that come with PPT for Mac. Office for mac is different from office for PC. You can go to templates.office.com and find more, and download them - you can download the premium ones if you have a subscription and are signed into your browser. AFAIK they are the same ones available as when you open powerpoint/office on a PC. Source: about 1 year ago

• Turning 46 next week and may be about to retire in my late 60s

  There are some good worksheets out there, my favorite is the "Retirement Financial Planner" on templates.office.com. Use multiple versions of that linked to one another depending on your life/financial changes, e.g. Initially saving for retirement, starting to take SS/pension, drawing from 401k. If nothing else, a good exercise for an afternoon to double-check what your financial advisor is telling you. Source: about 1 year ago

• Change SharePoint Start Page for All

  When our users go to office.com, login and click the waffle for SharePoint, I want to change this landing page. Right now, it goes to https://ourdomain.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx and once users are in SP, if they ever click the home button it will direct them to this page as well. • Has anyone seen same behavior with AAD laptops reaching out to internal DCs on ports 88, 389, and 445

  Authentication happens through a 3rd party so when we try to login to office.com with our company accounts it redirect us to this 3rd party company that handles our logins. Source: 5 months ago

• Where is the Copilot in Excel?

  I've looked in office.com (using Chrome) and Excel 365 for Mac (Version 16.79). Nothing in the top-right corner except "Analyze Data". And when I try to search for in the the Tell Me or Help menu, it acts like it has no idea what Copilot is. Source: 5 months ago

• Autopilot "other user" login. Also "incorrect password".

  The password change goes through fine though. We can verify this by going to office.com on another laptop. Source: 6 months ago
