There is one, but you can just go to temi.com and upload a file that's up to 45 minutes long. They will email you the link. It takes about 5 minutes per hour to translate. You can edit it once it's up. It forced me to give it a password to edit it once it was online. Source: almost 3 years ago

This is more of a question than an answer, but has anyone used an online audio transcription site to create an English transcription directly from a Spanish language audio podcast MP3 file? I was just looking into this this morning, and seems like there are some services out there that will do this, either for free for small files (10 min) or at what seems like a reasonable price.
