   Fun and simple, yet advanced!

   I had a fun time with it even on mobile. Works very well and has an abundance of features.

  That's Mukuro. It has since been deleted but it was created by Nemuco on Pixiv. They used the art program Tegaki, which shut down in 2015. (Tegaki was rebooted later.). Source: almost 2 years ago
