  Copy the whole document, and insert it into TED Notepad - now it's only a question of a few keystrokes before you have extracted all words and made an alphabetized list showing the number of times each word appear. (word frequency) This is also a great way to catch alternate spellings which your spell-checker might not flag.   3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
