    I tell them they need to watch short videos, say from ed.ted.com, then do 30 mins of reading English, reading out loud to themselves. I say do this daily and ask about words unknown, or contexts, and see what happens. The ones who really want to learn come back speaking better english, after a while of course.     As a 36F, nearing 40, I have been reading and listening to more information about working out at this age and a lot of studies have found weight training to be far more beneficial as you age and cardio actually less helpful and causes more stress to your body.
