I tell them they need to watch short videos, say from ed.ted.com, then do 30 mins of reading English, reading out loud to themselves. I say do this daily and ask about words unknown, or contexts, and see what happens. The ones who really want to learn come back speaking better english, after a while of course. My recommendation is to sign up for codecademy.com and create an account to learn SQL over there. Also use sqlbolt.com because both of these websites provide detailed interactive SQL tutorials that should help you write it. You write the SQL as you learn it which is a better way of learning it in my opinion. Source: 10 months ago
