Try this site: https://systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/ it will want to download a tool to detect your computer specs and then after analyzing, will tell you if you can run the game or what are the parts holding you back. Whenever I'm playing a game, in this case, I was playing Ghostrunner, the game is for some reason at really low FPS, I'd say around 1-5 FPS until I hit the Windows key, then it's back to 144 FPS, and as soon as I click back into the game it goes back to lagging. systemrequirementslab.com/cyri says that I can run the game at the highest settings, (I have a 1660 super, i5 10400F, 16GB RAM).
