I have already one domain purchased get.tech, so I am going to use that one. To manage the domain from DigitalOcean (and any cloud provider), you need to add the domain to it and then **point the nameservers to that provider from your domain registrar. **To add the domain in DigitalOcean, navigate to **Networking > Domains and **add your custom domain. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
Hi everyone, I recently programmed a personal website(no wordpress) with CSS and HTML. Its main purpose is basically a portfolio to display my projects. I purchased a domain from get.tech, however, I am now conflicted with what shared hosting site I should use. Source: over 1 year ago
I have deployed an app on kubrrnetes cluster with external IP. Now instead of accessing it via IP address I wanted some domain to redirect to it instead. So I registered a domain on “.tech”. I recommend doing a volunteer gig at taprootplus.org or catchafire.org. Great learning experience, remote work, and they are very tolerant of mistakes and learning curves. If you do good, have them give you a recommendation on LinkedIn. Source: about 1 year ago
Look for project coordinator or project officer role; nonprofits/ NGOs seem to be opening such roles quite often. Also, check out catchafire.org (volunteering for nonprofits/ NGOs), good luck. Source: about 1 year ago
I am still trying to break into the industry and I have some confidence issues regarding my ability to do the job.
