   FAST EDITING

   Not like synfig, enve is very fast editing mode. Can import from svg inkscape very easy and like real file. Group can help to manage object in enve.

   🏁 Competitors: Moho Anime Studio, Adobe After Effects

   👍 Pros:    Import svg

   👎 Cons:    Bone/ ik still compusing. need develop

  These are leaning more on the compositing side, but some features might replace those in AE pretty well, especially in case of Blender. Let me know if you were looking for something more on the animation side of things (well, I'm going to say Blender there as well, so let's not bother; however the only ones except Blender I'd recommend, are 2D-based, like Tahoma2D, a more pleasant tool than OpenToonz imo.   Unfortunately this is a big missing piece in the open source world right now. The best tool for open source motion graphics right now is probably Synfig, but it is not without issues.
