A few months ago the forums appeared abandoned and were just packed full of spam posts. I took a break from TTS scripting for a bit to work on other projects, and have recently decided to give it another shot. But alas, the forums are completely gone now. Insurance offered by ebay only covers the item value, it does not cover shipping. ebay's support for shipping issues, including insurance, is also non-existant. If you want to purchase insurance, I recommend purchasing your shipping label + insurance from pirateship.com as they have actual support that can provide real solutions within minutes of contacting.
