Embedded analytics: DataBrain provides a modular SDK that allows easy integration of analytics into existing applications, enabling companies to go live with customized dashboards in as little as 7-10 days
AI-driven insights: The platform leverages AI and natural language processing to generate automated insights and allow users to ask questions in plain language
Flexibility and customization: DataBrain offers a "Swiss Army knife" approach, connecting to multiple data sources and providing extensive customization options for charts, dashboards, and user interfaces
Multi-tenancy support: Built from the ground up to handle multi-tenant SaaS environments, DataBrain simplifies data management for companies serving multiple clients
White-labeling: The platform can be fully white-labeled, allowing companies to maintain their branding and user experience
Enterprise-grade security: DataBrain offers robust security features, including role-based access control and the option for hosted solutions to meet compliance requirements
Rapid deployment: The platform is designed for quick implementation, reducing the time and resources typically required for building analytics solutions in-house
Support for both technical and non-technical users: DataBrain caters to data analysts with SQL and Python scripting capabilities, while also providing user-friendly interfaces for business users
By combining these features, DataBrain aims to provide a comprehensive, modern solution for SaaS companies looking to enhance their analytics capabilities without the complexities of traditional BI tools or the limitations of building in-house solutions.
DataBrain's answer:
DataBrain's pricing model is unique and generally more flexible compared to many competitors:
Module-based pricing: Instead of charging per seat or user, DataBrain prices based on the modules you choose to use. This allows you to pay only for the features you need
Unlimited users: There's no additional charge based on the number of users or clients viewing the dashboards. This can be particularly cost-effective for companies with a large user base or those expecting rapid growth
Flexible plans: DataBrain offers three main plans - Growth, Pro, and Enterprise. Each plan includes different features, and you can mix and match modules to create a custom plan that fits your specific needs
No usage-based pricing: Unlike some competitors who charge based on the number of views or data volume, DataBrain doesn't increase costs as your usage grows
Cost-effective compared to traditional BI tools

Hey everyone, I'm interested in taking the Tableau Certified Data Analyst Exam Readiness course through tableau.com to prepare and get Tableau certified. I had some questions about the course, such as are the videos pre recorded or in person, do you have access to the material once the 90 days expire, and I was also wondering if anyone had input/advice for this course. Thanks! Source: almost 2 years ago
Could anyone recommend what media I should approach to publish my work (internet or print). I could try the Tableau forum in tableau.com but it's not very active + Tableau may be unappreciative as my work overlaps with their (pricey) data management solution. Plus it needs to be some high visibility / reputable media to count for my career development. Any recommendations welcome thanks!!! Source: over 2 years ago
Tableau public: tableau.com. Big player but your data will be made public and not really user-friendly data model. Source: about 3 years ago
For example, we have a project to compare Tableau, Power BI, and InetSoft. The need for strong pagination-based email delivery eliminated Tableau. AWS's Linux instance is the targeted platform which makes Power BI less than ideal. Source: about 3 years ago
I just started learning Tableau because our dept is transitioning into Tableau from Power BI. Since I already have years of experience with Power BI I just went over their tutorials from tableau.com and got onboarded pretty quick. I'm still learning it but I'm at least able to build out reports and get things done. Its not too difficult to pickup one BI tool when you have experience with another. Source: about 3 years ago
