Ok, so I tried comparing 4 of the better data annotation tools like dLabel.org, CVAT.com, SuperAnnotate.com and Labelbox.com . Basically, I have recently got my hands on a rasperry pi, I love it! I have a homelab, but it just doesnt have the functionality of portability.
