By the way, it's worth mentioning that there's a .deb for Debian-based distros that you can get for free on https://victords.itch.io/super-bombinhas. Also, if you're willing to do a bit more work, you should also be able to run it on Mac - you'd just have to install Ruby and the Gosu and MiniGL gems, then clone the game's repo and follow the Readme. If you like platform games and open source, you'll probably enjoy Super Bombinhas, a 2D retro platformer that I published for Linux and Windows earlier this year. Lol. But in seriousness finding time and motivation to play everything I've downloaded would be wonderful. Unfortunately time is limited. I still seek to preserve what I can. My favorite mario fan game has always been and always will be Mari0, a Mario + Portal crossover which has remained free to access for 10+ years at https://stabyourself.net/mari0/. I would recommend Render96 instead. I like the dev of Plus a lot tho, so I'll tell you about this little beaut right here, which he has been working on for quite a long time. Render96 obviously is a major graphical overhaul, while adding in Luigi and Wario from the DS version, and even restoring some cut enemies. It's also the version with the ray tracing build.
